The method allows creating a template in the user's project from ready-made HTML and CSS. If templateId is specified, the existing template of the project is overwritten with the given content. The template is editable in Stripo Editor in the same way as a template imported from HTML in the account. If the plan limit for templates is reached, the request will be rejected.
